Rezult fuel pellets

Pellets Rezult – is a premium En Plus A1 class product which produces by BF project plant. (Unique pellet plant by it’s technical equipment). The ash content of the pellets is only 0.2%, and the heat production capacity is 5.05 kWh/kg. High energy efficiency of Rezult pellets brings economy and durability of boilers.

Raw material for the production of pellets is sawdust from the cutting of rolled wood (100% pine). The production capacity of the plant is 140 thousand tons per year.

The production has modern equipment from leading German manufacturers: HOLTEC (trimming), LINCK. The sawdust from the cutting gets into the tubular belt conveyor Vecoplan with the capacity of 400 m3 / h in the silo storage of wet sawdust 2180 m3. The process of drying sawdust occurs on Stela’s equipment, granulation on CPM equipment, packaging on Roboteh packaging line, all automation processes are based on the management of Siemens, Schneider Electric.

For constant quality control and compliance of the manufactured product parameters, the plant has its own laboratory equipped with modern specialized equipment from the BEA Institute of Bioenergy, Austria (BEA Institut für Bionenegie GmbH).

The volume of production is stable and provides a guarantee to our customers in planning the amount of purchases.

Pellets are manufactured in accordance with the requirements of TU U 16.2-3925379-001: 2017. These specifications set strict requirements for equipment, quality of the pellets, training of personnel in the field of production and laboratory analysis, as well as the quality of raw material and its origin.
