Thanks to its physical-mechanical properties, MDF is optimal material fo creating beautiful and unusual elements in furniture design.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gluing<\/strong><br \/>\nTo glue MDF same glueing substances are used as for natural wood.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sanding<\/strong><br \/>\nWhen sanding, we recommend to use sanding types with 100 grit, depending on the type of product to be produced and further handling technology.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lacquering and painting<\/strong><br \/>\nThese handling technologies demand individual selection, depending on the type of product to be produced and terms of its further usage.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dowel<\/strong><br \/>\nTo put the glue in, the dowel hole should be 0,2 mm wider than the dowel itself.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fastening<\/strong><br \/>\nThe holes for screws should be drilled beforehand. The diameter of the hole and the screw cross-section should be equal.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Covering<\/strong><br \/>\nIt is necessary to choose the right glue for MDF covering, depending on the covering technology.
