CLT panel Rezult (Cross-Laminated Timber) is a new eco-friendly product from Rezult House. CLT panels are made from laminated layers of solid or optimized (finger-joined) sawn timber where every layer is laying in perpendicular direction to each one. The panels are made from 100% coniferous wood.

CLT panel is a trend in construction of the 21st century, since the material is adaptable for the building of not only private houses, but also high-rise buildings up to18 floors. CLT buildings are 30% lighter than steel and concrete structures. They have a completely absent shrinkage, which significantly reduces the requirements for the construction foundation. This product is environmentally friendly and earthquake resistant. One of the main advantages of cross-laminated panel is fire safety and fire resistant material. CLT panels have high resistance to open fire (burning rate – 0.8 mm per minute) and the best load-bearing characteristics, which makes possible to build high-rise housed.
